In the winter or 2012, founder Patrick O’Shea had a break from touring with his band SOJA, and started experimenting making his own hot sauce. Friends and family told him he had something special so he made gallons of his unique concoction and brought it with him on his travels around the world . The product became increasingly popular among the musicians and crew on the road with him; hand labeled bottles were passed around from tour bus to green room to the catering in some of the country’s most famous music venues. Encouraged by the demand and positive feedback from the people around him, he decided to bottle the product, and Paddy O’s Potion was born.
Try it on: chicken wings, quesadillas, omelettes, tacos, hummus and pita, pizza, pb & j, burgers, blood mary, or add it to ketchup, mayo, or bbq as a sauce enhancer- get creative!
